By creating a PixyLiv account or using any PixyLiv tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use PixyLiv.
PixyLiv provides soft launch decision-support tools for independent mobile game studios. The tools include the Decision Engine, Friction Finder, Update Evaluator, Revenue Forecast, Launch Readiness Tracker, Weekly Check-in, and related features. During the free beta period, all features are available without charge. We will provide at least 30 days notice before introducing any paid tier.
You may use PixyLiv for legitimate soft launch analysis of games you own or are authorised to represent. You may not:
You retain ownership of all game data you enter into PixyLiv. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your game concepts, metrics, or results. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
By submitting outcome data to PixyBench, you grant PixyLiv a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to include that data in aggregate, anonymised benchmark calculations.
PixyLiv provides decision-support, not financial advice. The go/iterate/kill verdicts, revenue forecasts, ROAS projections, and all other outputs are based on published practitioner frameworks applied to numbers you provide. They represent informed analytical outputs, not guarantees of commercial performance.
PixyLiv accepts no liability for business decisions made based on the tools. You are responsible for validating the inputs you enter and for the decisions you make.
Genre benchmarks are derived from published third-party research and reviewed quarterly. They are our interpretation of practitioner frameworks, not proprietary research, and are subject to change. PixyLiv makes no warranty that the benchmarks are accurate for your specific market, region, or game mechanic.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the free beta period, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. We will not delete your data without prior notice and a reasonable opportunity for you to export it.
The PixyLiv platform, its design, code, and brand are owned by PixyLiv. The practitioner frameworks cited in the tools belong to their respective authors — see the About page for full citations. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to reproduce the PixyLiv platform or its design.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@pixyliv.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixyLiv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during the free beta is zero).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users based in India, disputes may also be resolved under Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as agreed by both parties.
We will notify you by email of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of PixyLiv after that date constitutes acceptance.
